The high quality St. Laurent is a fascinating grape linked to the Pinot family and is named after St. Lawrence’s Day- August 10th- the day when the grapes begin to change colour. Niederösterreich is the region around the capital Vienna and is Austria’s largest wine-growing area.
Dark ruby, spicy and fruity, strawberry and plum, blackberries, raspberry with tender tannins on the finish. Wonderful to beef as well as antipasti.
