Care Sobre Lias Tinto

Care Tinto Sobre Lias is a blend of Grenache and Syrah, which displays opulent red fruits with hints of blackberries and sweet spices. On the palate it is smooth and luscious, with a rich and candied finish. The wine rests with its lees and gets extra elegance and character. A very pleasing match with Grilled ribs and spicy dishes.

This particular wine is a blend of 75% Garnacha and 25% Syrah and is aged for three months in oak barrels. The Vineyard sits between 450 and 700 meters above sea level, with very little rain, strong winds and a lot of sun. The fruit is harvested at night and managed in as sustainable way as possible reducing the necesity for excessive spraying treatments. Bodegas Care also support the local consveration areas and national parks to help enrich the region’s ecosystem and biodiversity.
