Bedoba Orange Wine

Bedoba takes inspiration from Georgia’s long history of winemaking, one of the oldest wine cultures in the world. The producer combines indigenous varieties with traditional techniques to create distinctive wines with personality and a strong sense of place.

A characterful orange wine with an inviting amber hue and a complex, textured style. Expect aromas of dried stone fruit, orange peel, herbs and spice, followed by a savoury palate with gentle tannic grip and refreshing acidity. The extended skin contact gives the wine its distinctive structure and depth while retaining an appealing freshness.

Excellent with Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, particularly roasted vegetables, grilled aubergine, spiced chicken and dishes featuring nuts or tahini. It is also a great match for mature cheeses and charcuterie.
