Bedoba Saperavi Reserva

Bedoba is a Georgian wine project that celebrates the country’s ancient winemaking traditions while presenting them in a modern and accessible style. The wines draw on indigenous grape varieties and traditional Georgian winemaking methods, including the use of qvevri clay vessels.

Made from Georgia’s signature Saperavi grape, this is a deeply coloured and characterful red. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry and black plum are joined by savoury herbs, floral notes and black pepper spice. The palate is juicy and concentrated, with a creamy texture, ripe tannins and a long, savoury finish.

A superb partner for grilled lamb, slow-cooked beef and rich aubergine dishes. Mature hard cheeses and mushroom-based dishes also complement its savoury, spicy character.
