Zeni is a historic family producer from the Lake Garda area, combining traditional winemaking with a modern approach to create wines that capture the freshness and relaxed character of this beautiful region. Their close connection with Lake Garda is reflected in wines that are approachable, expressive and made with food in mind.
Mr Lake Bardolino is a fresh, modern expression of Bardolino, bursting with vibrant red berry and cherry fruit. Fragrant and juicy on the nose, the palate is light-bodied and smooth, with refreshing acidity, gentle tannins and an appealingly crisp finish. A lively, easy-going red with a bright Mediterranean character.
Enjoy slightly chilled alongside cured meats, grilled vegetables and lighter pasta dishes. It is also an excellent match for pizza, barbecued meats and casual Mediterranean-style dining.
