Deep crimson in colour, with ripe cassis and plum aromas, accompanied by spices and subtle oak. A full bodied palate intense with raspberry and mulberry fruits and with anise and mocha accents. Perfectly suited to slow roasted (or even lightly curried) lamb dishes.
