The Wolftrap is a spicy, aromatic, white blend that has been French oak matured. The name is a tribute to the pioneers who in the early days of the Cape erected a wolf trap at Boekenhoutskloof. To date, no wolf either real or mystical has been seen in the valley. This white is a fantastic blend of Chenin Blanc, Grenache Blanc and Viognier. An alluring nose shows white peach, apricot and apple blossom aromas with hints of pineapple. It has refreshing mouth watering flavours of slightly spiced apple and almonds. Try with roast chicken.
