The vineyard is West-Southwest oriented, which guarantees as maximum of sunlight during the day. The slate is decomposed and fine, regularly producing superb quality. This Riesling Kabinett Trocken is incredibly intense and with a very refreshing minerality. The balance of the wine is perfect, the material is fine and silky and the aromas of candied lemons never leave the palate.
