Zeni is a family-run winery based on the eastern shores of Lake Garda, where the family has been producing wines for generations. Their vineyards benefit from the moderating influence of the lake and the region’s varied soils, producing wines that are fresh, expressive and distinctly Italian.
A bright and approachable Bardolino Classico, showing aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of spice. Light to medium-bodied, with fresh acidity, soft tannins and an elegant, juicy finish. The style is vibrant and easy-drinking, with plenty of fresh red-fruit character.
A versatile partner for Italian cuisine, particularly antipasti, charcuterie, tomato-based pasta dishes and pizza. It also works beautifully with grilled chicken or salmon.
