Soraighe Valpolicella Ripasso

Ripasso is the younger and fresher expression of the famous, highly-concentrated and dense Amarone wine. Bennati finish their wines in chestnut and oak casks, further enhancing the rich and distinctive velvety palate with a aromas of vanilla and almonds. The wine is only partially filtered to allow for a more complete expression of all varietal aromas of the grapes. Any natural sediments in the wine are a further proof of its genuineness.

Deep red colour; elegant notes of ripened red fruit (especially cherries) on an undertone of vanilla, tobacco and cacao. On the palate it is very supple and long-lasting. Pair with: white meats, grilled or roast, hard medium-ripe cheeses as well as first courses with meat ragout or Italian sauces.
