Plush and jammy. Lots of plum and black cherry flavours with a touch of spice from the Mouvedre. Minimal tannins but enough to make it a versatile food wine.
Grape harvested and fermented separately. Wines receive 3 months in old French oak to soften the wine and add depth of flavour. Carefully blended before bottling.
