The Taittinger family are pioneers of Sparkling wine, not just in Champagne, but around the world. Domaine Carneros is their American winery established in 1987.

This Californian sparkling wine is riper and softer than Champagne, but with the Taittinger signature elegance. The Brut Cuvée is a very focused and elegant wine displaying lovely notes of lemon zest, ripe pear, petrichor, and a hint of brioche. On the palate this wine reveals nuances of white nectarine, fresh apple pie, lemon meringue, and crème brûlée that complement the notes from the nose. Enhanced by a minimum of three years of bottle age before release.
