Coates and Seely Blancs de blancs

Coates & Seely is a premium English sparkling wine producer based in Hampshire, founded by Nicholas Coates and Christian Seely. The estate uses traditional-method winemaking and benefits from the region’s chalk soils to create elegant, refined sparkling wines.

The Blanc de Blancs NV is made from 100% Chardonnay and aged on its lees for around 2–2½ years, adding texture and complexity.

Pale gold in colour, with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose reveals fresh green apple, lemon zest and delicate floral notes, complemented by subtle cream, toast and smoky nuances. The palate is crisp and elegant, with bright citrus acidity, a silky mousse and a beautifully persistent, mineral finish.
