Coates and Seely Rose NV

Coates & Seely is an acclaimed English sparkling wine producer based in Hampshire, founded by Nicholas Coates and Christian Seely. Its wines are made using the traditional method, with extended lees ageing to develop finesse and complexity.

The Rosé NV is made from 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier, typically aged on its lees for around 2½ years before release.

Tasting note: A delicate salmon-pink colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose offers fragrant aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry and rose petal, with hints of ripe peach and citrus. The palate is fresh and expressive, combining juicy red berry fruit with lively acidity, a fine creamy mousse and subtle biscuit notes. The finish is dry, elegant and refreshing, with a gentle mineral character.
