Tenuta Fertuna Vermentino Orange

Tenuta Fertuna is located in the heart of the magnificent Maremma, an area that is fast becoming known for its high-quality wines, a chic but discreet Tuscan sub-region to the west near the coast, sandwiched between Grosseto and Livorno. Sustainability is a key term and after 3 years of organic conversion, from the 2020 vintage the winery is certified Organic. In 2022 Tenuta Fertuna became also a Sustainable Winery certified at European level.  The name “Fertuna” refers to the fertility of the land and the fortune of those who cultivate it, creating excellent wines in a place where nature dominates.

Pronounced mineral character on a background of white fruity notes (yellow apple and Williams pear) and delicate floral notes (acacia, dried wildflowers). Attractive fresh and balsamic notes complete the aromatic expression. Great vitality and freshness supported by the fullness of flavors and a remarkable texture, with a tasty and pleasantly persistent finish.

Ideal to match with many sea and land dishes, even complex and of a more traditional
gastronomy. To try with aged cheese and as a meditation wine.
