Ritual Chardonnay comes vineyards located at the feet of the native forest surrounding the Casablanca estate, at 345 masl, with a 10% slope. These conditions give way to intense fruit flavors and complexity. This elegant wine, with expressive aromas of fruits such as pear and quince, complemented with subtle hints of white pepper and soft spices. The fermentation in barrels adds roundness and complexity that is perfectly complemented by a fresh, crispy and vibrant acidity. The careful work with lees delivers a smooth texture.
