Quintessential English Bacchus with a twist of the new world, made with fruit from various vineyard locations on the estate, including some of the oldest vines in the country. Intensely aromatic with grapefruit, pear, peach, lime and herbaceous vegetal notes of nettle and cut grass. Rich and flavoursome mouthfeel with slight savoury notes on the finish due to partial barrel fermentation.
