Undurraga ‘TH’ Terroir Hunter Cabernet Franc

Founded in 1885, Viña Undurraga is one of Chile’s historic wineries. Its Terroir Hunter (T.H.) range focuses on showcasing the distinctive character of carefully selected vineyard sites, highlighting the relationship between grape variety, climate and soil. This Cabernet Franc combines ripe Chilean fruit with freshness and elegant structure.

An intense ruby-red wine with inviting aromas of blackcurrant, blackberry and blueberry, complemented by delicate violet notes, fresh herbs and hints of cedar and spice. The palate is fresh and concentrated, with juicy dark fruit, firm yet refined tannins and a balanced structure. A persistent finish leaves a savoury, gently peppery impression.

Pair with grilled lamb chops with rosemary and garlic, or a chargrilled beef steak. The wine’s dark fruit, herbal character and structured tannins complement the richness of the meat. Mature hard cheeses are another excellent match.
