King Street Gin Spring Wood Edition 2025

A limited edition gin produced by Brindle Distillery. The ‘Spring Wood’ edition features the delicate pink flowers of the Himalayan Balsam plant foraged from within the beautiful Spring Wood. Originally ornamental, Himalayan Balsam has spread abundantly and is classed as an invasive species that now threatens river banks and native British plants. The ‘Friends of Spring Wood’ volunteer to remove the plant from Spring Wood to prevent its spread. We used the flowers to colour and flavour the Spring Wood Pink Balsam edition of our King Street Gin. Perfect when mixed with Fever Tree Tonic and a slice of pink grapefruit.
