The seventh edition of our King Street Gin, The Nab edition, is now available for pre-order (available from December onwards).

The ‘Nab Edition’ features wild apples, pine needles and cow parsnip seeds foraged from the top of the iconic Whalley Nab.

Dried apple provides the base with a clean, crisp, green bite which is complemented by the soft lemon citrus and resin notes from the needles. Cow parsnip seeds are the surprise star adding complex notes of cardamom, spice and delicious bitter orange and lemon peel. Perfect when mixed with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a thin sliver of orange peel.
