King Street Gin The Nab Edition

A limited edition gin produced each year by Brindle Distillery for The Whalley Wine Shop.
We are delighted to present the seventh edition of our King Street Gin, each a unique recipe with its own story and connection to Whalley.
The ‘Nab Edition’ features wild apples, pine needles and cow parsley seeds foraged from the top of the iconic Whalley Nab. Dried apple provides the base with a clean, crisp, green bite which is complemented by the soft lemon citrus and resin notes from the needles. Cow parsnip seeds are the surprise star adding complex notes of cardamom, spice and delicious bitter orange and lemon peel.
Perfect when mixed with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a thin sliver of orange peel.
