This Cuvee is mainly made with Tibouren. After 12 to 18 months spent in 100 year old casks, the wine is bottled. The nose is enchanting, warm and matures into smooth spicy aromas. Surprisingly mineral on the palate. A real gastronomic wine which will be delicious with a lamb curry or halloumi!
