We’re delighted to announce that we have Angela Lewis of Villa Maria and associated wineries in New Zealand joining us for a special tasting event on Tuesday 16th April. Angela is wonderfully knowledgeable and a legend in the New Zealand wine industry having worked with Villa Maria for over half her life! Villa Maria Estate is New Zealand’s most awarded winery. It has vineyards across New Zealand, with its major production being from Gisborne, Hawke’s Bay, Marlborough and Auckland.The evening will be centred around the joy and individuality of wines produced in New Zealand showcasing a range of varieties including, of course, the world famous Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc. Villa Maria own other wineries in New Zealand, so you will also taste the excellent Vidal, Esk and Leftfield wines.

The tasting will be held at Mitton Hall in the Conservatory on Tuesday 16th April. Arrival from 6.30pm for arrival drink & canapes with tasting to commence at 7.00pm running until approximately 9pm. Tickets are priced at £17.50 per person.
