Our final pop up tasting this year is the amazing Langham Estate who pride themselves in crafting terroir-driven sparkling wines using grapes only grown on the chalk soils of their Dorset vineyard. Made in the traditional method in the same way as Champagne, English Sparkling wine from leading producers like Langham Estate is a wonderful way to make Christmas that little bit more special.
