Although we are currently still closed to the public we have been working hard to get the shop reopened to see our wonderful customers again. We need to be able to do so as safely as possible to keep the team here and all of you protected, as well as offering you the best Whalley Wine Shop experience. We have been closely following Government guidelines and making sure we are ‘Covid Secure’ before we reopen for retail.

We are delighted to announce that we will be re-opening The Whalley Wine Shop for retail only on Thursday 9th of July!

This will be under the following conditions:
> We will be open for retail only NOT drinking.
> We will be operating reduced hours of 10am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday. Remaining closed on Sundays and Monday for now.
> We will be operating with social distancing measures in place.
> Other recommended hygiene and cleaning procedures will be followed rigorously throughout the day.
> We will only be allowing a maximum of 2 people per group and a maximum of 2 groups in the shop at any one time.
> You will be asked to sanitise your hands on entering.
> Disposable masks will be available on entering.

This will allow us to get the shop reopened in a safe manner.

Please note that this is for RETAIL ONLY. Unfortunately due to the limited space we have available we will NOT be serving any drinks at this time. Hopefully we will be able to return to normal as soon as possible.

In order to finalise our plans we will be closing The Whalley Wine Shop on Sunday 5th until Wednesday 8th of July for orders. This will give us time to install the social distancing measures and deep clean the shop before we open again on Thursday 9th of July at 10am.

Last chance to place orders before we re-open will be on Friday 3rd of July until 5pm. Orders can be placed online, by phone or email to guarantee delivery for the weekend (within 20 miles of the shop).

We are continuing with our delivery service where orders can be delivered free of charge within 10 miles of the shop, £4.99 for 10-20 miles and over 20 miles from the shop £9.99 delivery per case of 12 via national courier.
