Domaine Rolly Gassmann is a highly regarded family estate based in Rorschwihr in Alsace. The domaine is renowned for producing distinctive, expressive wines with considerable depth and ageing potential, while maintaining the aromatic intensity for which Alsace is famous.

A richly aromatic and expressive Gewurztraminer, offering an enticing perfume of rose petals, lychee, exotic fruits and warm spice. The palate is generous and rounded, with ripe stone and tropical fruit flavours, subtle floral notes and an appealing spicy character. Full-bodied and intensely flavoured, with a long, fragrant finish.

A classic partner for aromatic and lightly spiced cuisine, including Thai and Indian dishes. It also works exceptionally well with rich pâtés, roast pork and pungent washed-rind or blue cheeses.
