Mirabeau Azure Provence Rosé

Maison Mirabeau was founded by Stephen and Jeany Cronk, who moved to Provence in 2009 with a passion for Provençal rosé. Today, Mirabeau works with carefully selected growers across Provence to create expressive, food-friendly wines.

A pale pink rosé with delicate salmon reflections. The nose is bright and inviting, showing ripe pear and apricot alongside fresh citrus. On the palate, the wine is dry, rounded and pleasantly textured, with generous stone-fruit flavours balanced by lively freshness and a crisp, lingering finish. A refined and versatile expression of Côtes de Provence.

Excellent with grilled fish, particularly cod with citrus and caper butter. It also works beautifully with Provençal-style vegetable dishes such as aubergine Parmigiana or roasted butternut squash with pesto.
