Made from the Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grape variety, this wine is characterised by its complex bouquet of dark fruit, such as black cherry and blackberry, along with notes of vanilla, coffee, and spice.
On the palate, it is full-bodied, with firm tannins and a long, elegant finish. The wine is produced in the Salento region of Puglia, which is known for its warm climate that ensures optimal grape ripening.
This is a super versatile wine that pairs with great midweek meals including red meat, roasted veggies and even aged cheeses.
