Niederösterreich is the region around the capital Vienna and is Austria’s largest wine-growing area.
The most delicately flavoured of the Pfaffl range. Aromas of apple, pear and almonds on the nose. Intense fruit on the palate too with a texture that is almost creamy. Finishes with a gentle acidity and citrus flavours. Due to its delicacy, Weissburgunder pairs best with lightly flavoured foods and particularly well with soft, somewhat stinky cheeses.
