Certified organic in 2011, the Carypidis Family Vineyard in Virginia produces high quality Sauvignon Blanc for Yalumba. Meticulous work in the vineyard ensures that the grapes are in perfect condition when they are picked.
Lemon in colour with hints of green. Pawpaw, passionfruit and fresh herbs dominate the aromas. The lovely textural palate has tropical flavours and lemongrass, finishing with a zesty palate and crisp acidity.
Enjoy with zucchini flowers, or salt and lemon pepper squid or tofu with a green mango salad.
