The top cuvée of the Domaine; only made in certain years when Roger deems the quality to be high enough, Ampelopsis is a blend of four terroirs. Small quantities are taken from the best barrels to create a blend which then undergoes a longer élévage: 20 to 22 months in total. The resulting wine has a wonderful depth, texture, and complexity, and will continue to evolve in bottle for years to come.
