This is an elegant, layered Sauvignon Blanc, reminiscent of a dry white Bordeaux. A sophisticated, rich wine with layers of citrus, straw and minerality, herbal notes and a hint of creamy vanilla. This wine is named after Lightning, Kruger National Park’s most famous painted wolf.
