Grillo is a native grape variety to Sicily and is known for its fresh, light and fruity wines. The Origin is a pale yellow colour with citrusy and white blossom aromas. Light to medium bodied with a crisp and clean palate balanced by an elegant acidity and a silky palate. Bursting with peach, pear and lemon flavours with a hint of sage. Serve with pasta dishes, fish and salad.
