Mora & Memo Isola dei Nuraghi Rose

Mora & Memo is a modern Sardinian winery based in the south of the island. The estate focuses on expressing Sardinia’s distinctive indigenous grape varieties and Mediterranean terroir, combining traditional influences with contemporary winemaking.

A bright, elegant rosé with a vivid salmon-pink colour. The nose is expressive and fragrant, showing juicy raspberry, cherry and blackberry fruit alongside delicate floral notes and a subtle saline edge. Fresh and lively on the palate, with vibrant acidity, plenty of red-fruit character and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Excellent with fried seafood, grilled prawns, light Mediterranean dishes and summer salads. It also pairs particularly well with charcuterie and grilled vegetables.
