Yalumba Samuels Collection Shiraz/Cabernet Sauvignon

Sourced from Barossa vineyards with vines varying in age from 10 to more than 35 years. The vines are planted in a diverse range of sites with slight variations in micro-climates and soil types, including red brown earths, sandy loams and dark clay soils. These variations contribute to the diversity of flavours in Samuel’s Collection Barossa Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.

The wine opens with fresh, bright aromas of dark red plums, cherries and brooding dark chocolate flavours from the Shiraz, entwined in the redcurrant, cedar flavours of the Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is rich, fleshy and generous, yet soft and supple. Rich, balanced flavours linger throughout the finish.

Enjoy with rosemary, pepper beef rib roast and porcini jus or crispy peanut tofu and cauliflower rice stir-fry.
