This is a beautiful deep ruby with no purple left on the rim at all. The red cherry on the nose is met with a hint of crème de menthe. In the mouth, the acidity makes itself known while the texture is smooth with a slight earthiness. The cherry becomes darker and some forest floor flavours start to appear. Another excellent Beaujolais.
