This is a classic Ripasso made by using the sun dried grapes made from a blend of 75% Corvina Veronese, 20% Corvinone and 5% Rondinella. Hand picked and placed in wooden cases, either at dawn or at late in the evening, to avoid the intense heat of the day. This wine is bursting with cherries on the nose, has great depth of flavour, a hint of sweetness from the ripasso dried grapes, silky smooth fruit and a long, rich velvety finish.
