A limited edition gin created by Brindle Distillery for The Whalley Wine Shop made with herbs grown in the grounds of Whalley Abbey. The sweet aroma of ‘Lemon Verbena’ together with menthol notes from the herbal ‘Alescost’ backed up with delicious taste of ‘Wintery Savoury’ are combined to create this beautiful new gin. Perfect mixed with Fever Tree Mediterranean Tonic and a sprig of lemon thyme. From each bottle sold a £2.50 donation will go to Whalley Abbey to help funds to combat recent vandalism to the Abbey grounds.
