A total of seven vineyards in southern Palatinate and Mittelhaardt are planted with seven different Sauvignon Blanc clones. The decisive advantage of this is the various microclimates of the different sites which are beneficial in terms of flavour diversification.
Sweetheart is a bold sweet wine from the late harvested and very ripe Sauvignon Blanc grapes – they fermented spontaneously before they were exposed to the cold January “open air”.
A beautiful sweet wine made from Sauvignon Blanc. Perfect balance of sweetness and acidity alongside flavours of pink grapefruit, orange blossom and zesty limes. It’s suitable as an aperitif or with fruit desserts.
