A very delicate pale pink colour. Bright red fruit, strawberries and raspberries with a note of pomegranate on the nose. Pink grapefruit on the palate balanced by a touch of sweet marshmallow. Slight earthy texture, sweet, fresh hay with a creaminess from the oak element. Best served with Afternoon tea, scones with clotted cream and raspberry jam. Or start off your meal by pairing it with a parma ham and other charcuterie.
