A fascinating VSOP Cognac from Fanny Fougerat, based in the Borderies region and making exceptional expressions from eaux-de-vie otherwise destined to become part of a blend for bigger Cognac houses. Hugely fruity, with a zesty kick of citrus acidity developing.
