"We wanted to create a gin with a genuine link to Whalley and what better way than featuring the three rivers or 'three fishes' the village is known for. For this Gin we collected water directly from the sources of the three rivers that meet in Whalley - The River Calder, the River Hodder and the River Ribble. This was then distilled to purify it and redistilled with botanicals that were in season and found along river banks in Lancashire - Crab apple, Wild Sorrel & Nettle seed.
