Fave region/variety: Whole of Burgundy, red and white, so many different styles of wine in such a small area. From Chablis down to Beaujolais. So much history too.
Wine Hero: Jancis Robinson who’s made access to wine knowledge so approachable from her Wine Course in the mid 90’s (available on YouTube) to her books and website. But also any customer who comes in and says ‘let me try something different’ they are heroes as they’re willing to stray from their comfort zone with their hard earned cash, quite scary too!!
