The Story behind Chase Rose: 
Nestled in the heart of the South of France, Domaine Chase spans over 20 hectares of vines from the prestigious appellations of the Coteaux Varois en Provence and the Cotes de Provence- renowned for making top notch roses. Head winemaker, Dale Clarke, oversees the entire process and ensures utmost care is taken from the growing of the grapes through to the bottling of the wine. The 2019 vintage is a singing tribute to Provence and the long sunny days from this very special part of the world. We’ve fallen in love with it here at The Whalley Wine Shop and just know you will too!

Williams Chase Rose is a beautiful pale shade of pink. Flavours of soft red fruit, white peach and melon sit on a bone-dry backdrop of savoury Provencal herbs. A beautiful rich texture and mouthfeel are balanced with bounteous acidity, imparting a wonderful freshness to the wine. Crying out to be sipped in the garden on a lovely hot day!
