Here at The Whalley Wine Shop we are delighted to have our doors back open for retail. We want to take this time to show you what to expect when you visit us in store and what we have done to make the shop ‘Covid Secure’:


  • We will only be allowing a maximum of 2 people per group and a maximum of 2 groups in the shop at any one time. We kindly ask you to wait outside if there are 2 groups in the shop. We will have the sign (shown below) across the front door if the shop is full. 

 

  • Please sanitise your hands when entering the shop. (We have several sanitising stations throughout the shop too). Disposable masks will be available on entering if required. Our team will be wearing masks while in the shop. We kindly ask you to do the same when visiting us in store.

 

  • We have a one-way system in place so once you enter the shop, please follow the signs and arrows on the floor. The sticker shown below indicates the one way system we have introduced for social distancing measures.

 

  • Please refrain from touching too many bottles when in store. We have new price tickets which have information about the wine and a small tasting note. If you would like more information please ask a member of the team.
