Nightjar Brew Co. is the brand created by the team behind Slightly Foxed (West Yorkshire based), established in 2011. After many successful years creating award-winning and popular cask beers, the brewery took a decision to undertake a significant rejuvenation. But unlike a new entrant into the market, Nightjar Brew Co. come with many years of knowledge, learning, innovation, expertise and it shows! We’ve put together a mixed IPA selection which showcases what Nightjar Bew Co. have to offer, but hurry as stock is limited.

1 x Kazoo Hero mango milkshake IPA: “Packed full of real mango pulp and a dash of lactose with double dry hopping of Citra & Simcoe, our milkshake IPA gives mouthfuls of juicy, yet subtle ripe mangoes with sweet candy notes and gorgeous hoppy blasts”.

1 x Don’t Over Think Your Socks DDH IPA: “Juicy, thick soft and murky DDH IPA with Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot & Amarillo. Flavours of lychee, tropical fruit, soft peach & bubblegum with Zesty Citrus and ripe pineapple on the nose”.

1 x High Grade DDH IPA: “Super pale IPA massively double dry hopped with Citra hops… Following the success of our Citra single hop series, we’ve gone to town with the levels of hops in both the brew and the dry hopping process to create this high grade 5.3% Citra bomb.. expect bursts of zesty lime, grapefruit, lemon & tropical fruits from this extra pale perfectly cloudy beer”.

1 x Dive Bar Dreaming West Coast DH IPA: “Super pale Citra bomb, massively double dry-hopped with magnificent Citra hops.  We’ve gone to town with the levels of hops in both the brew & the dry-hopping process to create this high grade 5.3% IPA. Expect bursts of fresh zesty lime, juicy grapefruit, clean lemon & tropical fruits from this extra pale perfectly cloudy beer”.

Moss Edge Farm, Cockerham, has been in the Holmes Family for five generations with Steven being the sixth. Steven soon realised that a new direction for Moss Edge Farm was needed and was aware that the craft beer market was growing and spotted an opportunity to be part of it. He was already passionate about craft beer and wanted to move in this direction with the farm. This mixed case includes 3 Farm Yard classics and 3 brand new arrivals to the shop. 1 x Oi Oi NEIPA: “Oi Oi is a full bodied NEIPA which shouts out for attention! Brewed with a trio of tropics hops. Unfined & Vegan friendly”. 

1 x Gulf IPA: “Named after the lane leading to where the beer is made. This IPA has been given multiple hop additions in the kettle and in the fermenter providing you with an aromatic sucker punch of hop aroma. The subtle malty backbone provides the balance to this resinous IPA”. 

1 x Chaff Session IPA: “Chaff dances between the pale ale and the ipa styles. With an approachable abv and stupid amount of hops, makes our chaff a sessionable, yet aromatically flamboyant beer. Paying close attention to the water profile and malt bill we have allowed the new world hops to have a party with your senses.”. 

1 x Sheaf Pale Ale: “The new world hops from New Zealand & America are added at a controlled temperature in the whirlpool to allow us to control the bitterness whilst extracting those pungent hop oils, we extract further oils from cool dry hopping additions in the fermenter. This beer is a fragrant, easy drinking and well-balanced pale ale”.
